The Independence
Paradox
SECURE. SUCCESSFUL. SELF-RELIANT.
For those who mastered independence, achievement, and survival but still crave deeper connection, softness, and emotional safety.
ABOUT ME
Not everything that shapes a person is visible from the outside.
Born in Poland and based in London, I built a career in strategy, consulting, and analytics while becoming increasingly fascinated by the emotional patterns people carry beneath modern life.
Today, alongside studying psychotherapy and counselling, I write about relationships, ambition, identity, loneliness, resilience, and human connection.
Through essays, reflections, and observations, I explore the emotional and social challenges shaping modern life and the ways we can better understand ourselves, each other, and what it means to live a more connected, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
The Independence Paradox is where those observations meet.
As someone who has spent years identifying patterns in business, data, and organisations, I became increasingly curious about the patterns that exist within people. Why do we behave the way we do? What drives our choices, relationships, ambitions, fears, and sense of belonging? This platform is an ongoing exploration of those questions. I hope it becomes not only a place for reflection, but also a space where we can learn from one another, share perspectives, and better understand what it means to navigate modern life as human beings.
